COMMUNICATION AUDITS
At the end of the day, strategy is whatever you determine it will be. We believe every decision should be rooted in strategic data.
COMMUNITY Surveys
Similar in structure to an Election Survey, the Community Survey allows your people to give voice to things they are happy about and things you need to address.
Several of our clients use this survey to pretest long-range goals and strategies. Community Surveys utilize proven phone survey protocol to ensure data captured is statistically accurate.
Included in the process is a free online survey that mirrors the phone survey. While the data is supplemental (because patrons are self-selected), the online survey gives patrons the opportunity to share their thoughts and gives you the opportunity to hear the voice of the customer.

Strategic Planning
Our approach to Strategic Planning revolves around one feature (research) with multiple benefits. We use phone surveys, online surveys, focus groups, and interviews, to reach as many people as possible, so you have stakeholders who have “bought in” to your plan before it’s even published. We like to talk to upwards of 1,000 people to ensure we gather all possible ideas when it comes time to implement the plan. Having 1,000 people ready to support the plan makes for smooth execution.

Climate and Culture Studies
Climate and Culture Studies are a “deep dive” into what really happens inside your organization and what’s happening with your people. These surveys provide you with contextual data, so you may perform at optimum levels. Topics include leadership performance, staff performance, building atmosphere, substance abuse, discipline, technology, and more. Your entire organization can come crashing down if you culture issues are not being addressed.

Communications Audits
How well an entity approaches communicating all the good work being done each day determines how much trust and support it will receive from its people. The best way to determine this is through a Communications Audit. The process includes:
Telephone interviews with external key opinion leaders.
One-on-one interviews with leadership.
Online surveys for both internal and external audiences.
A review of sample outbound content from the past 12 to 18 months to determine frequent themes and messages.
